QFT...

Whenever I read about a nerf or a buff like this one, I picture a bunch a little nerds sitting in front of a workstation at Anet laughing their little pointy heads off. “You got pwned!! Hee hee hee hee!”

Wait, why are people bitching about the fact that ANet fixed exploits, fixed un-intended design and made a slight change to the UI?

I actually really like the fading of names, as it's much easier to see who you're actually fighting, instead of seeing a full screen of red names while you're actually only fighting 5 of them.

Can someone elaborate on the siege devourer nerf? Is it no longer possible to ride them across zone boundaries?

The fading name in towns isn't right. They need to reset that back.

I was having fun in the snowman cave. That kind of sucks. 1 of 4 gwen farming titles with an easier way to get it would have been nice. :P

Good lord can you people bitch/whine/complain more. Lets see, Anet corrected a couple bugs, made hard mode, more like a hard mode should instead of easy mode exploited for extra stuff. If Hard Mode was to be easy, they would call it exploit this area for rep mode or something.

Anet fixed things that were ALREADY intended to be present in Hard Mode. You're supposed to be moving at the pace of Anet, and I doubt they care if you're not.

Sephir you're an odd one.

Aside from all the ass kissing, QQing and general usual (bad) news from Anet, when is the Halloween stuff starting so I can play this horrible game some?

Still no :-

Fixed a bug that caused players using dual-core CPU's to crash with looping sound unless they set the GW.exe affinity to a single core.

Come on ANet, fix this problem! It's not as if multi-core CPU's are the realm of computer geeks and nerds anymore is it? You added the problem with EotN, so either fix it or take out whatever's causing it.

Hate is a strong word, but I have to say I really hate how the names fade, that is really annoying and hope they change it back.

Hum... guess that explains it. I seem to get it on weekends when I'm dungeons or what ever. Can't say I crash often in the week.

Hmmm. can you say that there are a ton of other issues that our much more important that wasting time on UI changes. The one area that Anet doesn't FAIL is in the area of stopping exploits. 2 Thumbs way up on that.

However, if they stopped f'ing around with all this useless crap and put 1/10 the effort into substantial things this game would roxorz the big 111!!!!one!!!2111.
